Shipping and Returns Policy 

Home delivery: Home delivery will take 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any schedule preference for delivery between morning or afternoon you can indicate it in the comment of the order and the transport company will try to comply with it as far as possible route and schedule.

If you wish to exchange your order for a different item or size, you will need to place a new order and process the return of the unwanted item.

All returned items must be in perfect condition, and with their corresponding packaging label. Items that do not meet these characteristics will be refused.

Make the shipment, either by going to the Post Office and sending your package by registered mail or with acknowledgment of receipt or you can manage it with the courier company of your choice.

Please note that in the case of returns by mail or courier, artmadeinheaven will not accept shipments due to postage due or cash on delivery and that the return shipping costs will not be paid. The direct cost of returns will always be borne by the customer unless tare or manufacturing defect. In that case, artmadeinheaven will bear all the costs incurred and will process the refund of the amount of the order in the same way it was paid.

Conditions of withdrawal

The customer has the right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days of receipt of the item. To do this it is necessary to send the order to the address written above. Once we receive the order and verify that it is in perfect condition we will proceed to refund the amount of the purchased product. We will never refund the shipping cost.

If it exceeds 7 days, we will issue a voucher for the value of the returned items, valid for 6 months and usable only on our website.
