1.- How long do shipments take?
Shipments, within *national territory, usually take 2-3 working days from the time you place the order on the web.
*Subject to the shipping conditions of the courier company.
*domestic (Canary Islands is not included, orders may take longer)
2.- Has my order been processed correctly if I have not received a confirmation email?
If the payment method you used to place the order has been charged, but you have not received the confirmation email, do not worry, your order has been processed correctly.
To find the confirmation email, check your spam, promotions or junk mail folder. Be sure to check the same email account you used to place the order. If you still haven't received it, please email us at info@artmadeinheaven.com so we can help you.
3.- Can I modify the data or products of my order?
Changes can be made to shipping information or items as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at info@artmadeinheaven.com so we can help you.
4.- Can I return the order?
You may return any product purchased on our website within 30 days of placing the order on the website.
5.- Can I pick up my order at the workshop?
If you want to pick up your order in our workshop check the box: Pick up at the Studio, we are in Calle Doña Berenguela, 7 - Local 28011. Madrid (WARNING! It is a grey garage door with no distinctive outside). We will notify you by email when your order is ready.
6.- Do you ship abroad?
We ship abroad. When you make a purchase, when you fill in the details of the place of shipment, the shipping costs are automatically calculated.
7.- Are the sculptures protected in the shipments?
All the sculptures are perfectly protected so that they do not suffer any damage during transport.
