The summer school promoted by the VIA del Arte Foundation brings together at the Monastery of Guadalupe one hundred students eager to find in the transcendent an answer to their artistic concerns.

Dawn breaks in the Monastery of Guadalupe (Cáceres). From early morning there is a mixture of contemplative silence, almost reverential, and an impatient ecstasy to see and experience everything that is going to take place inside a sanctuary that has almost ten centuries of history. A young girl runs across the cloister, cello on her shoulder, until she reaches the oratory, presided over by a life-size Virgin in prayerful attitude, the Santa Maria de La Paz, seated next to the rest of the attendees. At 8 o'clock begins the mass and adoration, and how could it be otherwise, music, artistic expression and faith go together.
