PRAYER for the FAMILY

in you we contemplate
the splendor of true love,
to you, confident, we turn.

make our families
places of communion and prayer, authentic schools of the Gospel
and small domestic churches.
Holy Family of Nazareth,
may there never again be episodes of violence, closed-mindedness, and division in families;
may those who have been hurt or scandalized be quickly comforted and healed.
Holy Family of Nazareth,
make everyone aware
of the sacred and inviolable nature of the family, of its beauty in God's plan.
Jesus, Mary, and Joseph,
hear us, accept our plea.
